Ms. Beata
BOARD CERTIFIED AND LICENSED MASTER’S LEVEL SPEECH/LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Ms. Beata earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Redlands and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Maine, Orono. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and an active member of the Maine Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
With over two decades of experience, Ms. Beata specializes in working with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. Her clinical focus includes treating a range of speech and language disorders, including articulation and phonological difficulties, receptive and expressive language delays, and pragmatic language impairments.
Ms. Beata has received extensive training in Orofacial Myology, including PROMPT and TalkTools, and has a particular interest in supporting children with high-functioning Autism. She is also highly knowledgeable in the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, including both picture-based systems like PECS and high-tech speech-generating devices. She thoughtfully integrates these tools to foster functional, meaningful communication for her clients.
In her practice, Ms. Beata emphasizes the development of individualized, measurable goals and the use of evidence-based strategies to help children succeed both academically and socially. She values strong collaboration with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure therapy is relevant, consistent, and impactful across settings.
In addition to her clinical work, Ms. Beata is experienced in delivering both in-person and remote therapy services. She is proficient with digital platforms and online tools that support therapy engagement, family involvement, and data tracking. She has also guided and supervised support staff to help maintain high-quality therapeutic care.
What brings her the most joy in her work is watching the pride and confidence grow in children as they reach communication milestones that once felt out of reach.
When she’s not working with her clients, Ms. Beata enjoys hiking, biking, and camping with her family, especially in the beautiful Maine outdoors.
